Description: Electromechanical actuators ANT3-11 are intended for controlling LDM regulating valves of the RV 122 BEE line and actuators ANT3-5 for controlling valves of the RV 111 COMAR line. The construction of the connection to the valve ensures zero play between the drive rod and the valve, and this gives perfect control ability even with minimal changes in position. The actuators are self-adaptive, the extreme positions are limited by the valve's own stroke. For cooperation with a superior control system, they are equipped with standard three-point control or direct control (optionally 0..10 V, 2..10 V, 0..20 mA or 4..20 mA). The version marked “SC” includes an electronically controlled emergency function that is activated by a failure of the electrical voltage at the designated terminal or by a power failure. In the settings of the actuators, it is possible to define the position in percentage of stroke to which the actuator will reset itself after the activation of the emergency function. The default position is the "closed" position. The energy source for providing the emergency function is a set of capacitors. These backup sources are permanently recharged during operation. The life of the capacitors is about 10 years, which under normal conditions corresponds to the life of the entire drive without the need to replace these backup sources. All types of drives are equipped with a handwheel for emergency control.

Application: Actuators complete with LDM valves are primarily intended for use in heating, air conditioning and cooling systems. Here it is possible to use the combination of the LDMspline control characteristic optimized for heat transfer processes with the precision and reliability of the function given by the simple mechanical construction of the drive. In some applications, it is possible to apply the emergency function of the drive, which, in the event of a voltage failure at the specified drive terminal, resets the valve to a predefined position.
