KD2 detector with probe / CO + CH4

The KD2 with probe is a portable dual-sensor, microprocessor-controlled indicator for carbon monoxide and combustible gases. It is intended for checking boiler rooms and industrial areas and for locating gas leaks.

A separate 10 mm diameter sensing probe is connected by a 1.2 m coiled cable. It provides convenient access to joints, fittings and confined locations that cannot be reached easily with the complete instrument.

An eight-point light scale and an acoustic signal that changes with gas concentration help the operator locate the source of a leak. The instrument operates from a rechargeable battery or a mains adapter and stores the highest detected concentration.
